1. Ownership of Work

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate Service Agreement, all creative materials and strategies developed by BestMedia.tech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted the rights specified in their individual contract.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellence, digital media performance depends on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or ROI. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to us (logos, images, copy) do not infringe on any third-party copyrights. You agree to indemnify BestMedia.tech against any claims arising from materials you provide.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those specific services during the three months preceding the claim.
